Harry Potter...
Jun. 4th, 2004 10:31 pmShe left with a frantic flurry of hugs and kisses, having sat through the entire movie feeling slightly left out. She enjoyed being out with her new friends, ones that seem willing to accept her (sans her football obsession). Give it a few more weeks and she would come to truly belong to this group of misfit "eccentrics". They still weren't sure how much they could say in front of her. And while she might never pass Briel's trust test (if she told you she was a murderer would you protect her or turn her in?) only two other people had ever succeeded. As always she lost her self, a little bit, in the emotions of the others, not hard considering their personalities, but all in all things seemed to be going well. A good night.
When he first decided to come to the movie he wasn't sure of his reception, but the girls had all been nice. They talked to him, slightly insulting as they were wont to be, but he didn't mind the comments (too much). A thoroughly decent evening (or would that be morning).
She was getting through the evening on a potent mixture of false self-confidence and caffeine. Trying to resolve the conflict before it arrived, and making sure that her decisions were followed by all (whether they knew it or not). She got her way in the end and everyone was shuffled around accordingly. Deciding that, yes, she would like to have sex with the Snape impersonator in the bathroom (not that she did…). She was entertained by the others' gullibility, though she expects that the ones closer to her i.e. the ones not being manipulated realized what was going on. An exhausting night.
She was slightly worried about some of the others but decided not to let it bother her. She concentrated firmly on having a good time. Despite the painful slaps and punches from the one sitting next to her. That girl needs some therapy. A fun, if painful, night.
Oooooo! Harry Potter! Harry Potter! Ooops better study. HARRY POTTER! Cloak. Idiots don't realize what she's doing. Ha. HARRY POTTER! Purple hamster wheels.

All right, so I kinda lost it on the last two. I'm tired.
