(no subject)

I just discovered the miracle of actually TALKING to people through AIM. (I can't do it with GoogleTalk just yet. Don't ask why. I sure as hell don't know) So I'll go online find someone through a chat room, get their AIM, and talk to them for a couple of hours. Then I'll freak out because it's an actual voice. Block them and move on with my life. Sadly the only true friend I've made so far lives about 100 feet from me but we're both livejournal and book addicts so we just sit silently while reading Neil Gaiman and cackle every now and then. Otherwise we talk rapidly about plot lines, QaF, and lj groups. It's nice. But not currently viable since I forgot to get his dorm passcode... (or lj screen name; AIM; cell or email...(or last name))

I'm pissed about classes. I'm in THE VERY LAST GROUP to sign up; Spanish, German and French are all full. PISSED. Also someone is smoking pot beneath my window. AND I had to sit at the baseball sporty male table. Though they were surprisingly nice and appreciated my razor sharp and bitter wit.

I am a hideously annoying person who eats her roommate's food.

My roommate is gone on the camping trip I just got back from.
Here is an update...

1) I saw seals. (Thanks to BioMan)
2) I held a crab (Thanks to BioMan)
3) I touched an enormous starfish. (" ")
4) I love the ocean.

My residence hall has a cat!!! And he likes me!
