8hyenasAfter a harrowing drive to Tulsa through ice and snow in the sauna of the car (my grandmother gets cold easily) I am firming ensconsed in a corner booth at the airport. I have internet and water. I can survive for, well, hours. Airports really ought to do something about the fact that everyone is wearing headphones. I wouldn't hear an evacuation alarm, I'd just sit here with my iPod and die a happy oblivious death.
Three army guys are left holding their wives/girlfriends purses in front of the bathrooms.
Guy tries to look business like and rich. But his shoes have tassels. I don't care how much they cost, shoes shouldn't have tassels, for that matter nothing should except perhaps lampshades.
A cop car in the parking lot is trying desperately to go somewhere but is spinning out while Honda's go around.
I don't want to go. I want to stay home with my bed and jigsaw puzzles. Sigh. Time to switch personalities and become someone who carews about politics but right now all I want to do is plant a garden.
